The crackers can be tasted on their own or with a few drops of balsamic dressing, as an appetizer or snack.

1 Fioretto salami (400g)
Typical salami from the Apennines area of Reggio Emilia. Its most relevant feature is the extremely tasty bacon fat that is cut by hand and used to enrich the salami meat. The meat is stuffed into a pig’s large intestine (gentile) whose end is tied in the shape of a little flower (fioretto, in Italian) – hence the name. The careful selection of meat and ingredients is an essential step for the success of the product. Fioretto salami matches best with food that enhances its flavour.

1 Zucchella Plum Jam (350g)
Typical jam with sweet and delicate flavour of Don Camillo and Peppone, who loved to spread on bread or eat with the famous pie. It is worth mentioning that the territory of Brescello was often used to shoot rural scenes of famous movies: right here, at the Court of San Giorgio reproduced in this package, is the stable where our heroes milk the cows in the first movie of the series.
