Shipping and delivery

Products purchased on this Website shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the field “Shipping Information”.

All purchases shall be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, “Courier“) from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays. Eatbit is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or those which are not attributable to it.

 

How much does shipping cost?

The Standard shipping, with delivery times up to 6 working days (from order confirmation) is included in the purchase cost of the products.

The Express shipping, with delivery times of up to 3 working days (from order confirmation) amount to only € 15,00 in addition to the purchase cost of the products.

 

Where Emiliabox can be shipped?

Emiliabox can be shipped to the following countries:

Italy – Austria – Bulgaria – Belgium – Czech Republic – Croatia – Denmark – Estonia – Finland – France – Germany – Greece – Ireland – Latvia – Lithuania – Luxembourg – Netherland – Poland – Portugal – Romania – Slovakia – Slovenia – Spain – Sweden – Hungary – United Kingdom.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually packed and handed to courier within 1 working day. Delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days for the Express shipping, and up to 6 working days for the Standard shipping.

Orders placed over the weekend or public and/or national holidays will be processed on the following workday. For some European countries, delivery times may increase, due to the customs operations.

Without prejudice to cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products shall be delivered within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the day following the day in which Eatbit confirmed the order to the Customer through a specific order confirmation e-mail.

As soon as your order is handed to the courier you will be sent a shipment tracking link by email to the address you entered when placing the order.

To facilitate the delivery operations, it is possible to be contacted by the courier at the phone number entered when ordering.

 

How can I find out where my order is?

When your order is ready for shipment you will receive a shipment tracking link by email and via a text message to the mobile number you specified when placing the order. You can check the status and location of your order at any time on the courier’s website.

Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder and also your promotions folder, if you are using Gmail.

The service features two delivery attempts which will be made at the address entered by the Customer while placing the order. After each attempt an attempted delivery note will be left at the recpient’s end. Should the second attempt be unsuccessful, the Courier will try to telephone the recipient by ringing the phone number entered upon their order placement in order to arrange the delivery. Should Customer be unavailable, merchandise will be sent back to the warehouse.
